AMG provide training and skill development solutions to various clients within the mining and industrial sectors, in various African regions. Our solutions include integrated skill development programs, as well as stand-alone training projects. Our facilitators are accredited training professionals and all possess industry specific experience.
For projects that need to rapidly scale capacity and/or execute rapid skill development roll-outs, AMG offer clients an expedited skill assessments and development programs. We work in conjunction with project teams and departments to develop programs that optimize operational outputs.
Our programs are designed to fit into larger project roll-out and commissioning and operational plans, ensuring that project milestones are maintained.
Machine & Equipment Operator Training
AMG provides site-based training solutions for mining and industrial machinery and equipment operator training. Our experienced facilitators deliver engaging training experiences that are practically orientated. All efforts are made to ensure that industry safety and quality standards are maintained.
Training is available in French and English. We also offer re-certification and RPL (recognition of prior learning) services.
Emergency Response Training
AMG offers clients and projects world-class training solutions, when mitigating fire and first-aid related risks. Our facilitators posses extensive experience within professional emergency response teams and services, as well as experience within training skills relating to basic and advanced first-aid and firefighting.
From basic first-aid awareness training through to advanced emergency response team member training, our solutions are industry focused and orientated. Included in this category is incident management, technical rescue and proto focused skills.
In conjunction with our partner SME’s, we carry various global, regional and country specific accreditations and certifications.
Management & Problem Solving Skills
AMG offer a number of management skill development training programs, aimed at improving communication and operational outputs. From leadership development skills all the way through to corporate compliance training, our programs focus on core deliverables and objectives.

From policy and procedural familiarization training through to legal and regulatory compliance training, our team is well positioned to develop and execute project specific training programs.
